Right now, through July 31, you can donate a dollar at lou lou, and receive a pouch of free earring backs. The entire proceeds will go to Dress for Success.
Then, from July 21-August 2, they will host a Little Things Accessory Drive. Donate gently-used accessories at the store, and lou lou will donate an item to Dress for Success for each one you bring in.
Finally, August 2 will be Annual lou lou Day. For every $40 spent, customers will receive a $10 gift certificate. 15% of the day's proceeds will benefit Dress for Success.
Previous lou lou Days have raised over $25K altogether for women’s charities. Past recipients include The Foundation for Women's Cancer, House of Ruth and Bethany House. This year’s goal is to raise $25,000 for Dress for Success.

July 31, 2015 – Middleburg, VA – lou lou boutiques has announced that it has partnered with Dress For Success for the month of August to support the mission of enabling women to break the cycle of poverty.
For the entire month, a portion of sales proceeds from all earring backs go to support Dress For Success. From August 16th to 22nd, lou lou customers can bring in lightly worn accessories, jewelry or bags and they will receive 40% off a single item in the store. On August 22, for every three accessories sold, lou lou will donate a pair of earrings to Dress For Success.
lou lou customers will also be given the opportunity to donate.
The purpose of the event is to offer long-lasting solutions that enable women to break the cycle of poverty. Dress for Success is part of a global movement for change, empowering women to obtain safer and better futures.
“We are on a mission to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life,” says Dress For Success.
The final day of the event will be August 31.
